Digital Products – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products (including digital invitations and digital storybooks for kids), all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (via instant download or email), returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.

Problems With Your Order

If you experience any issues with your digital purchase, such as:

• File not downloading

• Broken or corrupted file

• Incorrect file received

• Link not working

Please contact us at product@earthyprints.com and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• The digital file is defective and cannot be fixed

• You received the wrong digital file and the issue cannot be resolved

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Lack of software or knowledge to open/edit the files

• Failure to read the product description before purchasing

Exchanges

Since our products are digital, exchanges are not available.
If you’d like a different design or product, please make a new purchase.
